Job Duties: Requirements & ResponsibilitiesGreeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies) serving Food & beverages.You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.Ultimately, it is the duty of our Waiters/Waitresses to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.Up Sell Additional products when appropriate.Hands-on experience with POS Ordering & Payment Software system. Follow all relevant health & Safety regulations.Attentiveness and patience for customers.Excellent presentation skills.Active listening and effective communication skills.
Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate must have the following attributes:Proven Experience in the hospitality industry is essential. Excellent Interpersonal, Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.A Proven background in Excellent Customer service. Be Flexible to work, day, evenings & weekends (Holiday periods included).
