Job Duties: Customer care.Maintain high standards of hygiene.Deal with guest enquiries, requests and problems.Product knowledge, menus, locality, hotel facilities.Take food & beverage orders from guests.Service of food and beverages (non-alcoholic & alcoholic).Clearing tables & sanitising after service.Serving at functions, buffets, carvery, tray service, afternoon teas & grill bar, Kove Restaurant (according to business requirements).Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.Preparing for and cleaning after service.

Qualifications / Experience: Good standard of education, language & numerical literacy required.Permitted to legally live & work in Northern Ireland/UK (evidence of immigration status & right to work with ID).Flexibility in the hours the can be worked.No experience (although preferred) required as full on-the-job training will be given.Desirable:Previous experience of hotel work.Health & safety at work certificate.Food hygiene certificate.Welcome to excellence certificate.NVQ level 2 Food & Beverage Service. First Aid at Work.
