Job Duties: Provide prompt, efficient and courteous food and beverage service to all guests.Accurately records, pre-checks and serves all food and beverage orders.Set tables as required.Maintains a thorough working knowledge of menus, to be able to advice guests.Provide food and beverage service to guests at weddings, functions, private dinners etc.

Qualifications / Experience: Must have one year's previous experience working in a public facing position, preferably bars, restaurants.Previous experience of cash handling.Basic knowledge of wine service.Good Customer care and communication skills.Flexible with working hours and available to work various shifts in both restaurants (8am - 12noon/9am - 1pm/12 - 5pm/5pm-10pm/6pm - 11pm)
