Hours: No guaranteed hours

Job Duties: Serves guests in the functions rooms, bar and lobby areas with their orders promptly and courteously.Periodically check with guests if they require any further beverages.Maintains a thorough knowledge of the bar menu, wine and beers and is available to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.Assists with set up/break down of functions rooms when required.
Qualifications / Experience: Strong interpersonal communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Able to work on own initiative.Flexible with working hours and available to work unsocial hours.Desirable:Experience in a public facing position i.e. bars, restaurants is desirable but not essential.
