Job Duties: Responsible forProviding engineering resource in carrying out and developing planned preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, installation, improvements and modification or upgrade to plant and services to minimize downtime and maintain the equipment in the best possible condition to attain world class performance from all assets.Proactively developing a continuous improvement culture in support of all machinery and equipment to effectively reduce engineering downtime, thereby maintaining plant availability, efficiency, productivity and product quality at all times.Developing high Engineering, Quality, Safety and Hygienic standards within Engineering.The role holder will be involved in dealing with employees at all levels of the business and liaising with different departments as needed while complying and assisting in the creation of high standards and procedures.

Qualifications / Experience: QualificationsMulti skilled HNC (Dual-skilled).17th Edition Wiring Regulations. (Electrical)ExperienceMinimum of 5 years experience as a skilled engineering craftsperson / technician.Practical experience gained within engineering function.
