Job Duties: Facilitate quality laboratory processes to support the expansion of translational and clinical research in experimental cancer medicine conducted through the NICTN and ECMC.Arrange appropriate resources for tissue procurement, sampling, processing, banking and shipment of laboratory samples in liaison with Principal/Co-Investigator, Clinical Research Fellows, Clinical Research Nurses, Surgical Department, Pathology Department and other Laboratories.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: HNC/ HND in biology, medical laboratory sciences or related subject and have 3 years recent relevant experience.Knowledge of laboratory techniques applicable to sample handling and processing, including for example serum, plasma, peripheral blood lymphocyte isolation, urine, normal/tumour tissue and other fluids as appropriate.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
