Job Duties: Developing, and managing Food Safety standards for all catering and hospitality food areas of the business.Working with department managers to ensure ongoing compliance and audits, elevating of standards and appropriate training of personnel.
Qualifications / Experience: Degree in Food Technology / Science.Minimum of 3 years experience in retail operations role to include food safety elements.Effective communication skills.Logical, problem solving approach to issues where required.People management skills.Full clean driving licence.
