Job Duties: Quality check production set up prior to manufactureQuality check manufactured unitsAssist with quality testingAssist with compiling and maintaining quality recordsAssist with BSI management and testingIdentify and report any non-conformances in manufactured productsEnsure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company Ensure compliance with the Company's policies including health and safetyObserve and comply with all good working practicesCarry out any other reasonable request made by management

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: English and Maths GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalentDemonstrate a methodical approach to solving queriesAbility to measure / record / cross reference manufactured unitsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of peopleGood time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks concurrentlyAbility to work on own initiative and understand level of responsibility within the teamBe highly motivatedWilling to undertake training as requiredHold a valid driving licenceDesirable Criteria: Previous experience of working in a precast concrete manufacturing environmentHigh standard of geometrical skills
