Job Duties: Ensure that all Customer quality requirements are complied with during manufactureEnsure total customer satisfaction by resolving external and internal concerns promptly using appropriate continuous improvement methodology (PDCA/8D)Responsibility for making informed decisions regarding line stoppages due to quality problemsDimensional evaluation of products to ensure compliance with agreed CAD & Drawing dataControl of Sample Approval of new Product, including compiling of PPAP & FAI documentation

Qualifications / Experience: HND / Degree or 3 year's experience in Automotive or similar Manufacturing environment within a similar Process / Manufacturing roleAbility to identify problems, find route and implement robust & sustainable solutions to these problemsAble to provide quick response to internal & external customerKnowledge of 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAPKnowledge of IATF 16949 & ISO 9001
