Job Duties: The Mentor / Tutor will work with the EQUAL participants offering ongoing developmental support to enable them to complete their portfolios working as a tutor, a scribe, offering IT support and any reasonable adjustments that need to be made for learners. Support will also be offered in way of weekly classroom sessions and one to ones with learners helping them to verbalise any issues or extra training required. This role will incorporate the participants work experience within a Retail setting. The mentor will be expected to carry out some retail duties such as merchandising; stock control; general retail duties. Explaining and teaching the participants in this role.
