Job Duties: Overall Responsibility: This post holder will provide 1:1 and group Pilates classes to clients impacted by cancer adapting their practice to meet the needs and abilities of the client. Clients will attend a number of 1:1 sessions to begin with and may progress to a group setting depending on their ability. In-house training within will be provided on adaptive practice for working with cancer clients.

Qualifications / Experience: Level 3 Diploma in Instructor Pilates Matwork.2 years post qualification experience in teaching Pilates.Ability to instruct, teach, and correct clients in the movements required for a successful Pilates session.Have a working knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to Pilates classes and the exercises prescribed within sessions.Willing to undertake Action Cancer training on adaptive techniques for working with cancer.Able to work independently, managing appointments and inputting data into IT systems.
