Job Duties: Help potential learners to overcome existing barriers to learning.Identify & implement educational initiatives.Oversee, manage and coordinate educational programmes.Collaborate with overlapping projects.Maintain participant records.Service delivery.Motivating others.Working positively within a team.Using own initiative.Manage budgets.Write plans and reports.Determine priorities.Prepare and submit funding applications.Undertake outreach work to encourage participation.Engage with individuals and community groups, for example residents' associations, parents' groups and young people.
Qualifications / Experience: Hold a teaching qualification or relevant third level qualification And have at least two years experience in delivering educational related programmes in a school or community capacityOr Have at least 5 years teaching experience in a classroom
