Job Duties: Supervise appropriate staff including the management and allocation of duties;Identify and provide on the job training to appropriate staff.General Administrative Processes and RecordsProvide administrative, clerical and secretarial support within the EdIS Project Team;Develop, maintain and operate manual and/or computerised information systems in connection with the EdIS procurement;Complete and submit all reports/plans as required;Contact with stakeholders and schools' relevant personnel to receive and provide information;Assist EdIS Project Team members to plan, organize and manage events such as consultations, workshops and meetings;
Qualifications / Experience: Please see job information for full list of criteriaHold a minimum of NVQ Level 3, BTEC National or two A Levels or higher examination qualification and a minimum of two years' demonstrable administrative/clerical experience to include the use of Microsoft Office SuiteORHave a minimum of four years' demonstrable administrative/clerical experience to include the use of Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrable experience of line management, planning work, establish priorities, delegatingDemonstrable experience of planning, managing and evaluating communications plansDemonstrable experience of researching, co-ordinating and collating information and clearly reporting findings
