Job Duties: Provide the necessary leadership, planning, management and evaluation to ensure the effective delivery of relevant advice, training and support, including service desk support, to schools.Develop and implement a detailed training and support strategy within parameters established by the C2k Management Team.Retain a close working relationship with the MIS Development Manager in order to ensure that 'best practice' guidelines are adhered to and to report any issues at school level which may impinge on system development.

Qualifications / Experience: A teaching qualification which meets the requirements for recognition to teach in grant-aided schoolsOR A Recognised Teaching Qualification within FE or HE sectorsOR A Masters Qualification in eLearning
