Job Duties: The post holder will be responsible for the overall delivery of high-quality offender learning and skills by placing learning and education at the heart of the prison regime. Offender learning is defined as a full range of learning activity, and related advice and guidance services, which may be undertaken by any potential learner with a custodial sentence or on remand.The post holder will lead and manage the learning and skills team to deliver targeted learning and skills programmes within the NI Prison Service in line with an agreed curriculum and in full compliance of the terms and conditions of the Service Level Agreement and any associated policies and procedures.
