Job Duties: Identify and adopt the most effective teaching, learning approaches for participants to help them reach their full potential. Monitor teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of participants who need additional support to reach their full potential.Promote Inclusion best practice and contribute to the aims and ethos of KWC.Provide support to learners at Kilcooley Women's Centre, assist in the organisation of the centres Training & Education department and promote lifelong learning educational activities in the centre. Qualifications / Experience: GCSE level Maths and English to Grade C or above (or equivalent). Competent MS Office skills. Experience of supporting learners in a training or school setting. Strong organisational skills including the ability to plan, prioritise, work to deadline and manage time effectively. Be able to communicate effectively to learner/participants, participants and other colleagues orally and in writing.
