Job Duties: Assess student needs, plan and prepare teaching and learning programmes for groups and individuals and manage the learning process within the classes you are assigned.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Hold at least a Level 5 qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy OrHave completed training at level 5 or above e.g. CBT-L5 AND have at least 420 hours therapeutic counselling qualification at level 4 or above e.g. TCL4AndHold a CPCAB Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision or equivalentOrHave at least 100 hours experience of providing supervision to groups and individuals in a counselling settingAndHave a minimum of 10 hours personal therapeutic counsellingAndBe a member of a professional association for counselling or psychotherapyAndHave a minimum of 30 hours per year CPD activitiesAndHave a minimum of 100 hours post-qualifying supervised CBT counselling practice.
