Job Duties: Prepare and deliver classroom-based training courses for new and existing users of Paris.Prepare and deliver e-learning based training courses for new and existing users of Paris.Carry out training needs analysis for members of staff, both at individual and group level, ensuring that their IT training needs are identified and appropriate training interventions recommended.
Qualifications / Experience: A Third level qualification or equivalent in an ICT discipline and at least two years recent experience in the delivery of IT-based training OR At least 3 years recent experience the delivery of IT-based training.Experience of delivering training in a large health care application or system, e.g. a patient administration system, a community information system.Experience of delivering training in the Microsoft suite of software packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
