Job Duties: The Cross-Organisational Link and Development Officer will be responsible for leading the implementation of the EA School Improvement Strategy, the recommendations of A Fair Start and the policy commitments of DE Learning Leaders, working in collaboration with EA colleagues and educational partner organisations, as part of a strategic team in EA School Development Service, in order to improve the quality of educational provision and outcomes for children and young people.
Qualifications / Experience: Have a minimum of two years' experience of leading, or making a significant contribution to, impactful change and improvement in at least three of the following areas:Curriculum Development;Educational Leadership Development;Teacher Professional Learning;Development of school, teacher or other educational networks;The identification and development of good practice;Development of partnership working with a range of stakeholders.Applicants should clearly demonstrate that they have a minimum of two years' experience in each of the three (or more) individual areas selected from the list above, rather than combining several areas within a response.
