Job Duties: The post holder will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of a range of sport and physical activity sessions to all ages and key underrepresented groups, in a variety of settings within the local community. The post holder will be expected to work across the Borough.The post holder will also ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that general confidentiality is maintained in all issues relating to the work of the Council.

Qualifications / Experience: A relevant/recognised Governing body coaching qualification for the post which you are applying that allows the coach to deliver sessions independently.A minimum of one year `s experience of planning and delivering sport and physical activity programmes to one of the following under-represented groups;Females;Over 50s;Young People;People from a minority ethnic group;People from a socio-economically deprived group.Hold a full current driving licence (valid in the UK) and have access to a form of transport or have access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to carry out the duties of the post in full. This relates only to any person who has a disability, which debars them from driving.
