Job Duties: The employer is: YMCA NEWCASTLEWe are looking for a motivated person to support the development and delivery of a health and fitness programme for service users aged 7 to 18 years and under who attend the youth centre and hub facilities. The job will involve one to one and group assessment sessions with the aim of developing health and fitness strategies in support of healthy bodies and minds. There is an expectations that the successful candidate can create and deliver bespoke sessions and workshops around the areas of healthy eating, healthy lifestyles, fitness and health. You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Three GCSES or equivalency in any area (A-C) or equivalent.Ability and demonstration of excellent awareness of fitness and health elements including nutrition, health and safety awareness when training as well as suitable age appropriate sports and fitness programs for individuals and groups aged 7-18 years. Excellent Mentoring skills.Excellent Coaching skills in any discipline.Programme planning and development skills.
