Job Duties: Clanrye Group is seeking a full-time Career Mentor, Portadown within the Family Foundations programme, responsible for assessing participant's needs / barriers to support participants to identify career pathways, research progression opportunities and support and motivate participants to secure employment and training.

Qualifications / Experience: Qualifications Required5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent to include English and Maths.A level 3 qualification or at least 2 year's experience in a similar role.Experience RequiredA proven competence and experience of at least 2 year's in a similar post.Experience of working with people from within the community and helping them into employment / training.Experience of working to and understanding Safeguarding Adults and Children policies, procedures and legislation
