Job Duties: The Employer is: GREATER VILLAGE REGENERATION TRUST.To communicate with both existing and potential gym patrons.Give patrons valid information about the gym including membership rates, the facilities at the gym and how to check in and check out.Deliver group fit classes both in the facility and external.Complete gym inductions when required.Provide exercise plans one to one with clients and members.To engage with training as and when required.Maintain, service and ensure the proper use of the gyms equipment and facilities.Maintain the hygiene standards within the gym.Keep records such as membership registers and schedules for classes.Create innovate ways to create new memberships.Enforcement of the gyms policies to enhance a safe working out environment and to prevent possible accidents.To work with the Fit & Well manager on any other duties as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).Level 2 Fitness Instructor Course.Experience with Microsoft Office.A desire to help, teach and motivate people.Good verbal communication skills.Customer service skills.Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.Sensitivity and understanding.Knowledge of working gym as a participant, member of staff.GCSE in Physical Education is desirable but not necessary.
