Job Duties: As part of DB Schenker, a world leading Logistics company, we have an opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Mallusk.As part of a busy warehouse team the role of the warehouse operative is to complete day to day warehousing tasks to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and safely.The tasks include, but not limited to;Driving a counter-balance forklift truckLoading and Offloading of Domestic and International trucksLabelling and scanning of freightHousekeeping of the siteCompleting outturn reportsCompleting daily, weekly and monthly H&S checksBe aware of and promote a safety culture on siteTake an active role within the team to help improve efficiencies and safety Anything as delegated by Line ManagerCandidateAble to work well within a teamAbility to work on own initiative with minimal instructionWillingness to learn new things Clear communicator

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria B1 Counter Balance forklift licence Desired CriteriaExperience in a Transport/Logistics warehousing environment Good understanding of computer equipment although on site training will be provided
