Job Duties: To maintain and support an effective and efficient service to our stores and Head Office departments, ensuring a high level of quality, service and professionalism at all times.To assist with the processing, packing and dispatch of stock for online orders and inter-store transfers.
Qualifications / Experience: Relevant Experience:Experience and up to date knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience of dealing with the general public Special Aptitudes: A passion for home interiors Maintains confidentialityUses own initiative Disposition: Enthusiastic and positive customer focused individual A proactive team player with a 'can do' attitude and a kind and considerate nature Flexibility: To be able to show flexibility when required
