Job Duties: Ensuring accurate stock management and recordsIssuing stock in a timely manner based on stock requests and processing stock movements on SAGEReceipt of deliveries and cross-referencing of delivery notes ensuring accuracyLabelling stock as per planning and operational requestsRoutinely conducting cycle countsEnsuring component/raw materials returns and processed and recordedConducting visual checks, routine maintenance and upkeep of all sectional equipment Adherence to company health & safety proceduresCommunication with Stock Control Manager to ensure sufficient stock levels

Qualifications / Experience: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language.Strong numerical and interpersonal skillsAccurate data recordingFlexible approach to shift pattern/duties and location of workAbility to develop a working knowledge of departmental proceduresGood computer skills. Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work under pressureThe ability to work as part of a team and independently using initiative.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to check quality documentation.
