Job Duties: You will be involved in all aspects of the company's parts department including picking, stores rotations, stock checking and goods in/out. Fulfilling enquiries and orders from retail customers and own workshop via telephone, face to face, e-mail etc.Proactive selling and upselling of parts to existing and new customers, relationship building with customersMaintaining an efficient stock control systemGoods inward stock handling, ensuring that all goods are received and checked and stored accuratelyParts picking from storesConducting stock inventory managementAll administrative duties associated with parts ordering and returnsManaging parts warranty and return claims within the desired time framesEnsuring that the Parts Department runs as efficiently as possibleEnsuring that customer demands are met, and that the correct solution is suppliedAd hoc duties commensurate with the position

Qualifications / Experience: Relevant parts/ stores experience (Desirable)A reasonable level of computer literacy would be advantageous, along with previous experience of using stock control systemsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional mannerBeing accountableA full driving licenceBe self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to work on their own initiativeHave the ability to prioritise effectively and be highly organisedBe willing to accept change and have the ability and flexibility to adapt accordingly as business needs requireHave a responsible and methodical attitude to work
