Job Duties: Supervise, motivate and assist a team of warehouse personnel, paint sprayers and production operators to process and despatch customer orders.Use forklifts and other manual handling equipment to move stock around warehouse and to load/unload Lorries. Manage inventory through computerised stock control system. Print necessary paperwork for order fulfilment.Process goods-in paperwork and related tasks. Process damaged/scrap/returned goods in accordance with procedures. Arrange returns to suppliers. Stock taking and stock organising.Be fully engaged in ongoing Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience in a warehouse environment. Excellent interpersonal skills.Experience in leading a team to ensure targets are met and customer orders are fulfilled. Good communicator and able to liaise at all levels. Competent IT skills.Experience of Microsoft Office.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Flexible approach to work to meet business needs.
