Job Duties: We grow, market and distribute top quality mushrooms each week throughout N. Ireland and the rest of the UK. Due to continuous growth, we are now seeking an experienced Yard Operative to join our growing team.You will be required to carry out general yard duties within an agricultural environment, ensuring all health and safety is adhered to at all times.Duties will include but are not limited to:Fill growing rooms with compost and casing for mushroom productionEmpty compost from growing rooms and cleaning of mushroom houses and equipmentOperate and maintain machinery, forklift etc.Assist with general maintenance duties as requiredEnsure a safe work environment is maintainedThe ability to work in wet and cold conditions - Full PPE will be offeredIn this role we require people who are fit to work and are prepared to get their hands dirty.
