Job Duties: Supporting and assisting our Logistics Manager, including the scheduling and management of nightshift team members, ensuring availability and compliance to meet the needs of the businessEnsure accuracy is upheld with stock levels, date rotation and general duties within the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe working environmentUse initiative to identify peaks and troughs during the shift and assign tasks accordingly. During peak times contribute to the team effort by being on the tools, and during troughs coordinate the team to undertake tasks such as levelling down stock, cleaning duties, late picks, etc.

Qualifications / Experience: To be successful in this role, applicants must:Have a minimum of 3 years experience working within a fast-paced warehouse environmentHave a minimum of 3 years experience management experience of leading a large team in a warehouse environmentDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe able to make sound decisionsHave exceptional organisation and time management skills, with the ability to balance and prioritise multiple demandsBe computer literate, and in particular, in the use of Microsoft Office applications An MHE licence and knowledge of using Warehouse Management systems would be advantageous.
