Job Duties: A Stores person is required for a well-established carpet business based in Derry.The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar company.We are seeking a reliable, dependable, person with a desire to work and succeed.Do you have experience working in a warehouse environment in retail, either in furniture, flooring or carpetThe ideal candidate will be reliable and dependable with strong work ethicPrevious experience in similar role would be advantageMust be able to lift heavy rolls of carpets and bring to warehouse by operating forkliftPrevious experience driving forklift essential, with forklift licence.Areas of responsibility include the loading and unloading of Carpet in a safe & timely manner.Must be able to measure carpets and have operated ForkliftReceipt of incoming goods and the organisation of stock in the warehouse locations.

Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate must have worked in a warehouse environment ideally in carpet/flooring/DIY for 3 years+.Experience operating a forklift is essential with licence. We will consider candidates with experience even if fork lift licence has not been renewed.A Team player is essential.A strong work ethic and reliability and a positive can-do attitude essential.The most important thing is the desire to work and be reliable.
