Job Duties: The employer is: WE ARE OI LIMITED.Lets face it, without our Operations Team we would not be able to do much. They are the fast-working, faster-packaging team that keeps our customers happy and gets our clothing out the door.Duties:Preparing, packaging and arranging deliveries for all orders that come through various channels including our online store, wholesale orders, influencer packaging, workwear orders and social impact deliveries for our Wear One, Share One items.Keeping track of stock, ensuring that shelves are adequately stocked and communicating any issues, low numbers, and excess stock.Ensuring that all Share One items are organised, prepped, packaged and sent out on time to our various Giving Partners.Ensuring that our warehouse is organised, neat and hygienic.Assisting with any customer service enquiries including refunds, returns, exchanges, complaints and the occasional encouragement.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Must be able to work from the Oi Offices.Must be available to work at least 4 days per week within the weekdays.Desirable:Highly organised and efficient.An ability to prioritise your workload and excellent time management skills.Fantastic customer service skills and an approachable temperament.A strong ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy periods.An ability to multitask when necessary and to take initiative.
