Job Duties: We are looking for an organised and ambitious individual to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring that work is organised through the factory floor. You will be a lead planner who can create and manage production schedules in a busy environment. Candidates that have experience and a good understanding of operations within a manufacturing industry would hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities:Ensure materials arrive on time to reduce impact on production planTakes stock of inventory levels and facilitates provided necessary materials and components Communicate with all relevant managers and team leaders to determine progress, and report delays to relevant team membersCommunicate with the sales team and make schedules accordingly Update order statusUpdate component spreadsheetsProvide quick responses to production issuesIdentify problems and improve processes

Qualifications / Experience: Qualifications and Skills required:Production planning and scheduling capabilitiesDemonstrate experience scheduling production activitiesAbility to work well with several teams simultaneouslyMotivation to perform daily tasks at the highest standardsAbility to work well under pressureExcellent interpersonal skillsA team player who can also demonstrate initiativeAbility to prioritise tasks and manage workload in a deadline driven, ever changing environmentExperience is essential
