Job Duties: As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.You will also:Train all members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards, in order to give the tools needed to deliver the best results for the storeEnsure that all staff are complaint with our Health and Safety policies in order to provide a safe environment for both customers and staffSupport delivery of promotional seasonal activityEnsure deliveries are worked efficiently in line with wage costsOperate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirementsEnsure the store is presentable at all times with full availability and excellent customer service!

Qualifications / Experience: Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service! It is essential that applicants have the following:Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environmentEffective communication and organisational skillsThe ability to think on your feetA flexible approach and a 'can do' attitudeA strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI'sHaving a Fork Lift Truck licence is also desirable, but not essential.
