Job Duties: Supervise, motivate and assist a team of warehouse personnel, paint sprayers and production operators to process and despatch customer orders.Use forklifts and other manual handling equipment to move stock around warehouse and to load/unload Lorries. Manage inventory through computerised stock control system. Print necessary paperwork for order fulfilment.Process goods-in paperwork and related tasks. Process damaged/scrap/returned goods in accordance with procedures. Arrange returns to suppliers. Stock taking and stock organising.Be fully engaged in ongoing Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.

Qualifications / Experience: Experience in a warehouse environment. Excellent interpersonal skills.Experience in leading a team to ensure targets are met and customer orders are fulfilled. Good communicator and able to liaise at all levels. Competent IT skills.Experience of Microsoft Office.
