Job Duties: Member of warehouse team with responsibility for customer sales order capture, order management and delivery.Performance of daily operational tasks in a safe and efficient manner to ensure accuracy and optimum customer service and satisfaction.Responsible for couriers and delivery management.Challenges and assists in the determination of commercial and stock strategies.To manage operational transformation and change.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Minimum of 2 years warehouse management and sales order processing experience within the past 5 years.Proven working knowledge of stock management.Proven data management and systems utilisation within a fast moving environment.Understands and has experience of delivering continuous improvement through use of appropriate tools and techniques.Track record should demonstrate the ability to lead and implement change.Computer literate with experience in using warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office and barcode scanning technologies.Numerate and literate.Desired:Previous responsibility and expertise in sales order processing, stock control and computer operations systems such as Intact, SAP and Sage.Experience in hardware sector.Fork-truck licence
