Job Duties: To manage and support all warehouse returns i.e. stock, cages and backhaul work. This candidate will be required to build strong relationships with third party stakeholders and colleagues based in off-site locations (Newry/Ballymoney). The Candidate will be required to capture and fully detail all stock returns coming back to the warehouse, identify the reasons for why they are being brought back and provide solutions/themed analysis for management to implement change/resolutions.The candidate will also be responsible for managing credits, the accurate reporting, logging and put away for resale of all returns. Required to carry out Driver debrief.The candidate will also be expected to identify backhaul opportunities within the Henderson Group and work with HWL colleagues to support cost effective backhaul initiatives.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Previous stock control experience in a warehouse related environment.Minimum 2 years' experience carried out in a management role.Experience of consistently meeting performance targets.Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Communication - ability to clearly communicate in a way that will engage and motivate.Organisational and time management - ability to balance and prioritise multiple demands.
