Job Duties: Full accountability for a team of Warehouse Operatives, including recruitment, training, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, Health & Safety investigations, recognition & reward for their teams.Monitoring performance that ensures the department runs efficiently and effectively to achieve Customer KPI'sMotivating the team to achieve planned targets and deadlines Ensure the department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health & SafetyEnsure the operation operates all such systems to the mutual benefit of the customer and the companyEnsure effective communication throughout the operation

Qualifications / Experience: Essential 1 year's relevant experience in a warehouse environment preferably within the logistics or manufacturing sectorWarehouse planning & management experienceExperience of supervising / managing team members to achieve KPI'sExcellent interpersonal skillsEmployee engagement knowledge and/or experience in a diverse working environmentExcellent team building, leadership, flexibility and motivational skillsThis role may require manual handling duties (e.g. Regular lifting and moving) alongside manual dexterity (e.g. Use of equipment and movement) during peak operational periods.Desirable3 year' relevant experience in a warehouse environment within the logistics or manufacturing sector.Management experience Experience of Kronos time management and Oracle
