Job Duties: At M&M Services Ltd we are recruiting a Maintenance/Warranty Co-ordinator. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a great team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Answering all incoming calls.Organising engineers.Ordering parts.Keeping up to date on planned maintenance calls.Replenish stock and spare parts.Liaise with our Accounts Department, Project Managers and Estimating team when required.General administrative duties.
Qualifications / Experience: Full training will be provided for this role but essential criteria is:Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard, at least Math and English.Experience of Microsoft and Excel.Strong IT skills.Takes initiative and can multitask.Good attention to detail.Good time management skills.Quick learner.Experience of dealing with customer on the telephone.
