Salary: £20,000-21,000 per annum.

Worktime: Monday to Friday, times to be confirmed.

Job Duties: Record inventory data manually and on computer.Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts of stock.Ensure the organisation and smooth running of the admin office on a daily and weekly basis.All emails and assigned tasks to be completed as soon as possible. Any problem areas or back log issues to be brought to Supervisor/Coordinators attention immediately.Ensure all queries are dealt with immediately and correct up-to-date information is given.Receive count and verify incoming orders.Ensure all GRN's are keyed on to system immediately with proper and correct information inputted at all times.Process shipping requests, requisitions or purchase orders.Distribute products or materials to store shelves, co-workers or customers.Assist with quarterly stock take, full co-operation must be given.Any other reasonable duties requested.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum required GCSE Level to include English and Maths.Minimum 2 years experience gained in a warehouse environment, focusing on order processing.Excellent and thorough knowledge of stock control/administration operating procedures.A good working ethic, attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data processed.Excellent organisational skills with demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks.Able to perform calmly under pressure with conflicting demands; must be able to priorities conflicting tasks to achieve tight deadlines.Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.Computer Literate as work will mainly be computer based, using tools such as MS office (word, excel, outlook etc).
