Job Duties: Bulk order dockets are collected and recorded to provide accurate shortage figures.Stock printouts are generated, collated and reconciled against updated bulk requirements.Shortage figures are prepared for production.Effective liaison with production re the scheduling of priority despatches/meals/mashes.Effective liaison with on-site hauliers re the allocation of products and bridges.Effective liaison with loaders re the allocation of work orders.Effective liaison with haulier companies re the distribution of customer orders as required.

Qualifications / Experience: Excellent communication skills.Able to plan and work to deadlines.Self-motivated.Capable of working on own initiative.Capable of working in a team environment.Customer focussed.Able to problem solve.High levels of perseverance.
