Job Duties: The employer is: HUGHES CRAFT DISTILLERY.You will gain experience and skills in the following areas:Managing a booking system.The craft of small batch distilling. Tour guide - small groups.Project managing a functions and weddings. Managing Social Media content.Sales and promotion of our tours.Sales and promotion of our brands to trade.Preparing orders from web sales.Liaising with chefs and restaurant staff. Managing food and drink orders.Front of house etiquette. Ordering stock from suppliers.Keeping stock records.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: You must be: Willing to learn new things.Confident speaking to people.Able to work as part of a team & using own initiative.
