Job Duties: The Assistant Stores Person will be responsible for assisting with all inventory control related activities:Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximises stock system and paperwork accuracy.The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.Checking in/out vehicles arriving on site.Preparation of kits for both internal use and nationwide export.Load/Unloading of deliveries on site.Use of software to organise stock control.Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing.The job role may include other reasonable duties/tasks from time to time.
Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate should have:Demonstrable experience in a similar role.Experience in using Sage or Xero stock or equivalent business management software.2+ years relevant experience.Has the skills to find solutions in challenging situations.Full driving licence.Competent at driving a fork-lift.
