Job Duties: Operating industrial sewing machines, overlockers and flatbed machine as required.Ornamentation - folding, labelling and packing of finished products according to customer requirements and instructions.Examining product at various stages for quality purposes.Ensure that all equipment is operated and maintained to a high standard.Ensure that all activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.Work as part of a skilled team to ensure that daily targets are met.Ensure that the highest possible standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times in own work area and on the shopfloor generally.Assist with other production and warehouse duties as required to meet work requirements.

Qualifications / Experience: The role may suit a former sample machinist or those who have experience working with different types of sewing machines possibly in a crafting capacity, although training will be provided in our machinery & in the make-up of textile items / techniques in line with Ulster Weavers & customer specifications.
