Job Duties: The employer is: FABRIC TRANSFORMATIONS.Do you have a passion for interiors on the creative side? Do you have a desire to learn how to create all aspects of soft furnishings? We are looking for someone to join our small bespoke creative team in learning a lifelong skill with a long career in all things interiors.Duties:Assisting and learning new sewing skills in the making of soft furnishings. Cutting and matching fabrics.Intricate hand sewing work.Working closely with our design team.Organising fabric orders.Estimating quantities of fabrics.Working between departments. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Available to work at least 4 days per week.The ability to work effectively under pressure. The ability to work as part of a teamDesirable:A creative thinker with an inquisitive mind for learning. Confident with a needle and thread.Experience with a sewing machine.Ability to work under pressure to meet our busy deadlines.All round team player.Ability to use initiative when necessary and can effectively manage your own time.
