Job Duties: For each of the following the post holder will:Provide effective professional leadership and smooth running of the agency in respect of children, staff and the provision of appropriate support and care in the community to each.Provide effective discharge of any required Statutory Functions and minimum standards in respect of the children in their homes in the context of the Trust Assurance Framework.Participate with relevant Trust personnel in the implementation of Trust policies and procedures within services, with the objective of creating a safe, supportive, caring and child centred service for children.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
