Job Duties: To take responsibility for co-producing, and reviewing person-centred activity plans for all participantsTo use Outcome Star soft outcome measure to set goals & track participant progress To carry out a positive risk assessment on action plan activityTo co-design a weekly timetable and plan to deliver activities such as exercise, educational, recreational, social and life skills in group settings in person and virtuallyTo deliver group activities that will seek to improve the health and wellbeing for adults with ABI to build resilience, personal capacity, and to develop their interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills in a supportive social environment
Qualifications / Experience: RQF level 6 (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) or equivalent level professional qualificationANDMinimum of 1 years' paid experience in the direct provision of education, training, or support ORMinimum RQF 4 or equivalent in a relevant disciplineANDMinimum of 3 years' paid experience as above
