Job Duties: The employer is: SPRINGVALE EMPLOYMENT AND LEARNING.Assist in the planning, delivering and evaluating of various programs.Support young people aged 16-24 who are NEET.Help young people understand risk taking behaviour and its implications to employment.To help break down barriers to employment for young people.Actively encourage young people to seek employment.Help with various recruitment methods for programs.Positively promote Springvale Learning.Develop and maintain relationships with the wider community.To carry out various duties assigned by the line manager.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: 1 year previous experience of working with young people.OCN Level 2 in Youth Work.Excellent communication skills.Keen, enthusiastic and a team player.IT skills.
