Job Duties: The employer is: THE BYTES PROJECT.Assist with the planning and implementation of programs, related to the 'Model for Effective Practice'. Ensure that young people play an active role in the youth group and work towards a model of youth participation. Communicate effectively and develop supportive relationships with young people. Engage with young people who may be adversely impacted as a result of Covid-19.Assist young people to express and realise their goals. Provide information and support to young people. Support young people in evaluating youth work activities and the impact of youth work on their development. Implement Seagoe Youth Group's Child Protection Policy and work with young people to safeguard their welfare and the welfare of others. You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Evidence of either paid or voluntary work with young people.
