Job Duties: To take forward identified, planned, time limited pieces of work with young people, e.g. Behaviour/lifestyle issues/health and education/family relationships.To work in a planned and preventative way with other Agencies, such as schools/EWO, Health Professionals, Social Services, Youth Services etc.To undertake crisis intervention work with young people and their families.To work collaboratively with other Disciplines/Teams, e.g. Child & Family Clinic, Disability Teams and Leaving and Aftercare to progress agreed work with the young person and their families.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification
